Fast Food Diet

This seemed like a great diet to follow since eating fast food is so easy. However, once I read the rules of this diet I realized that I have to skimp on the French fries, mayonnaise, and soda. The 80/20 rule is pretty reasonable in that you have to keep to the diet only 80% of the time and you can eat whatever you want the other 20% of the time. Overall, it's an interesting view of dieting in that you can lose weight by eating out most of the time. Some great tips I never thought of for eating out can help skim some calories and most probably lose weight.
