A Nutritionist Weighs in...

The eDiets Plan is an innovative way to start a weight-loss program that can be tailored to your needs. With so many options for helping different types of dieters and its flexibility in regards to cooking, this may be a plan that can be followed long-term. The questions are whether or not online dieting feels comfortable, whether you can navigate your way through the various questionnaires in order to sign-up, and whether you can afford the cost of the diet and the related services you need for long-term success.

For those who have not had success dieting, becoming a computer nerd may not be such a bad idea.

If you're online and can afford it, you might want to eDiet

This diet may be hard to stick to if you do not have access to a computer everyday or if you tire of planning weekly meals. However, you can choose convenience meals or home delivery of pre-prepared meals that will make your life easier and minimize your planning.

Eating out may also be difficult with a weekly meal plan. But if you are smart, you can use their online dining out tips.

The one big long-term deterrent to this plan is price. Because it is such a personalized diet plan, it will cost you. Still, there are different levels of service to choose from, so you can opt for a lower cost option without some of the perks and still be able to lose weight.
