what works for me:
Drinking 8-8oz glasses of water a day
When I get a craving I write it down and wait for 24 hours, if I still want it I will allow myself to have a small portion.

I love to hike and at my present weight that is a difficult activity. I like the way I feel and look at a lower weight. My self confidence improves. I like being in control of my body and health.
