what works for me:
Walk everyday.
Drink all your water.
Go to tops meeting every week.
Find someone that will support your weight loss efforts.
Get the right mind set.
i want to loose weight because...
I want to be healthy, at my age I could have a heart attack, as my parents both had heart disease. I am really wanting to lose because I want to be here to see my grand children grow up and be there for them for many years. My mother died way too young, she smoked and was over weight and I don't want to g go through what she did with her health. So I am determined to get this weight off and be fit over 50. Walking is an everyday thing for me to do to be fit I must continue to workout and get fit
my inspirations:
My sister when we work together on our weight we do real good.
My Aunt is also a big inspiration to me as she has lost 100 pounds.
My grand sons so I can play with them as they grow.
My TOPS friends, all of them.

the last time i was happy with my weight:

December 11, 2006 when I made my goal weight. Also there was a time that I thought I was fat at 135 pounds, ugh, that would be way to small for me now, but 150 or less would be ideal. Right now 170 is my mini goal. At some point 160 will be a goal.
