This diet was great, I wish I could have stuck with it longer! I just couldn't afford to buy all the healthy food I needed, which reflects on society I think. Why does it cost more to buy brocoli than potato chips? I can honestly say I was never hungry on this diet and I felt great, I took the less detailed approach and eyeballed the portions which is easier than you may think. What it comes down to is making sure you have a little of everything at each meal, and making sure it's balanced which is a great way to eat. If you want wine, even it our with some protien or cheese...once you get in the mindset its easy! plus theres a book that shows you what fast food and resturant combos make a zone meal!

I found the Zone a bit tough in the beginning to follow with thinking about exactly what needs to be on my plate at each me (how many carbs, proteins, fats). But the website is very helpful and give you several ways to measure you foods so you have the correct proportions you need.
