I loved that the there is an online area that lays out my daily meals and snacks. If I end up eating something off my planned meals, it's not a problem and the website can account for it. It's a great web resource for those who want to count calories, but dont want to use the calculator. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Started off loosing lots (over 20lbs) but now I've leveled off and find it hard to loose more.. There aren't many tips. But there is lots of flexibility. You can eat what you want and do as much exercise as you want. You just have remember to enter everything in the site which can take time. Thankfully it does most of the calorie counting for you (assuming what you ate is in the database).
