Chicken for Breakfast

I like the idea of eating leftovers for breakfast. So I have incorporated some of her ideas into my life. I sometimes eat my leftover grilled chicken and brown rice for breakfast and may have some low fat yogurt and blueberries for dinner. It is definitely an concept that can work if you can open your mind to unusual meal ideas!
