This diet gave me fish breath so I had to stop taking all the fish oil supplements. It was hard to give up coffee and sugar but some of the recipes were very good.

With Pericone, you do get results. I lost weight initially, but I quickly hit a plateau. Sticking with the diet has helped me keep the weight off, even when I cheat. I wish the book had more recipes. I liked experimenting w/ new ingredients and the food is good. Bacon and eggs every morning- my favorite part! I don't even miss coffee anymore.
