Keeping a food diary was so tedious, but after it was done it made it easier for me to cut down on my calories without having to change too much of the types of foods I usually eat. Just the amount was much smaller than I was used to. I tried to do the recommended amount of exercise, but I couldn't quite meet the amount the diet suggested so this was a little disappointing. Still, there were so many delicious recipes to choose from and this helped me plan my cooking for the week. Even if I wasn't dieting I would make these recipes.
