So many good recipes on this diet. I really liked that I got to eat a lot of fruit and seafood on this plan. I love Japanese food so this diet was interesting to try. The only problem is that when I made the recipes I found the portions to be small, but I found out that you have to keep the portions small to lose any weight on this diet.
