This is a really interesting concept- some days are harder to stick to than others but there are some great recipes that I use all the time.

A great plan for lovers of food! The recipes are fantastic: easy to follow, have gourmet appeal and taste great! Make the breakfasts & lunches ahead when you have time maybe on a weekend, mark with the day of the week you'll eat them for ease and convenience. A feeling of being overly preoccupied with food & food prep may occur at first but if you love food, the tastes will change your change your mind! You'll eat better & learn important things about nutrition that you may not have known.
