A Nutritionist Weighs in...

This plan offers a variety of useful information for dieters to choose from, in order to help them lose weight safely. Sources are reliable and most articles are written by nutritionists and registered dietitians. This is not a regimented step-by-step plan; dieters have a lot of freedom, which may not appeal to everyone.

Meal plans are based on calorie needs per day. Some days are too low in calories for all dieters. Dieters that require more food for various reasons can easily add recommended healthy snacks like peanut butter and carrot sticks, soups, and low fat cheeses. Some processed and "fat free" foods are also suggested, but this plan would be healthier without them.

If you value dieting freedom, you might want to try this plan

This plan is extremely practical. Most importantly, it allows the dieter to decide how involved he or she wants to get. The website is very user friendly and registered members have access to numerous articles covering all health and fitness issues. All of this freedom, however, may not appeal for dieters looking for something more regimented. There are also numerous pop-ups for magazine subscriptions during online sessions that do get annoying.

Diet Pros Diet Cons
