I lost 20lbs on this program and have kept it off for over almost 2 years. It took longer than 6 weeks, but part of that was my own doing.
I am in the best shape of my life, and although I don't have a 6 pack, this plan completely changed my life. I am now a regular exerciser, became a runner, and am training for my first triathlon, all b/c of this plan. It wasn't always easy, and at times its time consuming preparing some of the foods, but in the end, it has been worth the effort!

I feel like is easy to follow the diet, and my work outs are dfferent, i have gained muscle and strength.
I need to learn to reduce calories sometimes and use food selection within the diet wisely in order to achieve better results.

I've been a firm believer in Weight Watchers. I've also tried South Beach. On Weight Watchers, I was always hungry, looking forward to my next points. On South Beach, I couldn't make it through the initial 1st phase. I've been doing The Abs Diet for 9 days, have dropped 6lbs., and am never hungry. Even after meals. I'm athletic, so this diet is perfect! Also, have tons of energy throughout the day.

I had to drink a lot of smoothies on this diet and I didn't mind as much at first, but it got boring after awhile. What I did like about this diet is all the great abs exercises that the plan included. It was interesting to learn about the Powerfoods, but it was hard to train myself to get those Powerfoods into my meals.
